For booking a room last minute, on a Sunday night on Labor Day weekend it was great. We ended up with the last room which was older and needs some TLC. Like the towel rack on the wall in the bathroom was coming out of the wall and the AC was older. But it was very clean, not like old smelly hotel room. Great value especially for a last minute thing at 8 p.m. a night. Paid the $4.95 for the WiFi but it never worked. :(

The room was comfortable, the chairs are usually un comfortable, we both said these are the most comfortable we've had in a long time! We go on a trip every month for three days, just to enjoy each other. We most always stay at a hampton inn. we are booked at a HI in brooksville in august can't wait!

Breakfast was hot and flavorful. The breakfast setup was accessible. The breakfast had a satisfying array of food. The coffee was hot and fresh. The breakfast area was clean all utensils and plates were available. I definitely stay there again

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was conveniently located to everything. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My grandchildren and I enjoyed the pool and liked the jacuzzi.
